Steel silos for storage

Raw materials: galvanizing steel sheets, H beams, Channel steel , Angle steel .

Usage; steel silos are used for storing grains, cement,

Type of installation; Assembly.

Diameter of each silo: 1.8m ---32m

capacity : 5 tons to 1000tons hopper silo (Weighed by wheat,0.75t/m3)

Steel silo body:

Includes  wall sheets , stiffeners, manhole, roof ladders, body ladders, safety guard, silo door.

Wall sheet:

Raw materials: 275g/m2 galvanizing steel sheets;

Bolted by bolts and nuts,

Wtih sealant between sheets for waterproof.

Stiffeners:

Galvanizing steel sheets.  In side silo or outside .

Being connected by Jounction plates.

Manhole and roof ladders :

Dia.=600mm, or we can design manhole/door flexibly as per your request .

It is uesed for maintainence.

Roof :

We design the roof in accordance with the Space construction technology, it can ensure silo to afford more load.
